"Export options waste too much time"
The app works fine overall, but the export options feel limited at times. I kept trying different settings just to get what I needed, which felt like wasted energy for something that should be simple.

"File sharing has been easy for me"
I’ve been using it to share files and it’s been really straightforward. I haven’t had to deal with any hassle or confusing steps, which I really appreciate...
"Symbols are such a time-saver"
I mostly use Sketch for symbols and reusable components, and they make my design work so much easier. Being able to update one button or card and have it change everywhere is a huge relief. Overrides took me a little while to get comfortable with, but now I use them constantly. It’s just really handy for keeping everything consistent without repeating the same edits over and over.
"I don’t know why anyone would..."
I don’t know why anyone would argue with this, but it really does keep our components nicely organized. It makes the whole design system easier to manage, that matters when you’re trying to keep things from turning into a mess.

"Developer handoff is still a mess"
I gave Sketch a real try for developer handoff, but it ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. The specs didn’t always line up with what I was seeing in the actual design, exporting assets felt more annoying than it should, and the shared links were often slow and clunky to use.
My developers still had to come back to me asking for sizes, colors, and random details, so it kind of defeated the whole purpose. I also don’t have much faith that customer service would actually sort these issues out quickly, which makes it even harder to justify using it for our team

"Version control has been a lifesaver!!!"
I’ve found the version history super handy!!! It’s so nice not having to worry about losing design edits anymore, and I can easily go back if I need to!!!

"Makes organizing design assets feel worth it"
I mostly use Sketch for UI design, the way it handles assets is one of the better parts of the app. Symbols, color palettes, and shared libraries are easy to track down, even when a file starts getting cluttered. It saves me from a bunch of small cleanup tasks that would otherwise feel like a waste of time
"Cloud sync is handy, though a little hit or miss"
I use Sketch on both my Mac and my work laptop, so the cloud sync is useful when everything lines up. Most of the time my files show up where I expect them to, and sharing designs with other people is easy enough, which saves me from emailing random files around... That said, it’s not always totally smooth. Sometimes updates take longer than I’d like, or I’m left double-checking which version is actually the newest. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, just one of those little annoyances that could be better..
"Pretty easy overall, just wish it was quicker"
The menus were simple enough to get around, but a few of the tools confused me at first. I figured it out eventually, but I was expecting things to respond a bit faster.

"File compatibility has been kind of a headache"
I’ve been running into this annoying issue where some files just don’t open properly. Like, most things are fine, and then randomly one file won’t load right or looks weird, and I’m back to trying to figure out if it’s the format, the app, or something else. It’s not the end of the world, but it definitely slows things down.

"Useful plugins, but the hassle feels unnecessary"
I like that Sketch has a decent plugin ecosystem, and some of them are genuinely helpful. But finding ones that are actually up to date can be kind of a pain. I’ve had a few break after updates, and getting support feels hit or miss. It still works fine overall, but the extra searching and troubleshooting feels unnecessary sometimes.

"Pretty good for teams, though a little clunky sometimes"
Sketch has been mostly fine for our team day to day. Sharing files is easy enough, and most of the time it just does what we need. But... when a few people are in the same project, things can start to feel a bit messy. Versions get confusing, comments can be hard to track, and I sometimes have to pause and figure out what changed or where something was left. Handoff is helpful too, but not always as clear as I’d like. So, yeah, it’s definitely not bad. I just kind of expected the team workflow to feel a little smoother and more straightforward.

"Decent app, but the frustrating parts stand out"
I’ve used Sketch for UI work it does a lot of things well. The plugin community is probably one of the best parts and it can make the workflow a lot easier. That said, the annoying stuff tends to stick with me more. Updates have broken things for me before, which is really frustrating when you’re in the middle of a project. It also still feels way too tied to Mac, which makes team collaboration harder than it should be. The support and docs are fine, I guess, but nothing that really impressed me. I don’t hate it, and I still use it, but I expected it to feel a lot smoother.

"Pretty easy to get used to"
Not gonna lie, it only took me a weekend to get comfortable with it. The tools mostly make sense, and after a little poking around, everything felt easy to use.

"Helpful docs, but a bit all over the place 🙂"
Some of the guides were genuinely useful, but I still found myself clicking around and searching way more than I expected. It’s not bad, just a little scattered 😅

"Still good, but it’s been feeling slower"
I’ve been using Sketch for a couple of years now, and overall I still like it. The layout makes sense to me, and I can usually get around easily.
Lately though, it feels slower than it used to. Bigger files can take maybe 20 or 30 seconds to open, and switching between pages or symbols sometimes has this little lag that adds up fast. Every so often it freezes for a few seconds, and I’m just sitting there waiting, which really throws off my flow.
It’s not a dealbreaker, and I’m still using it, but for something I’m paying for, I’d expect it to feel a bit smoother. I really hope performance gets more attention in the next few updates.

"Sketch makes vector editing feel easy"
I’ve been using Sketch for vector work for a while now, and it just feels simple in a way a lot of other design tools don’t. Moving points around, resizing shapes, and cleaning up paths is quick, and I don’t feel like I’m fighting the software.
The pen tool and boolean options are probably what I use the most. Compared with some other apps people on my team use, Sketch feels a lot less cluttered for this kind of everyday vector work, which I really appreciate. Exporting icons and small graphics is also painless.
It’s not perfect, of course, but for day-to-day vector editing it’s been reliable and easy to stick with. For me, it stands out from the crowd because it gets the basics right without making everything feel complicated. 5 stars.

"Pretty decent overall"
I’ve been using it for a bit and it does what it’s supposed to do. The quality seems fine, everything worked without any real hassle, and I don’t have much to complain about on the actual product side. I just kept going back and forth on whether it was worth it because, after thinking about it, the price does feel a little high

"Solid choice for quick prototypes"
I found it easy to use for prototyping, and for the value it gets the job done well. The only thing I’d really like to see improved is smoother previews, since that would make the whole experience feel more polished

"Heads up: the interface is messy"
Just a warning for anyone thinking about using this: the interface feels really cluttered. I had a hard time finding basic tools, and the menus seem scattered all over the place. It’s not impossible to use, but it definitely gets frustrating fast.
